Where is OrthoSource, Inc. located?

OrthoSource, Inc. is located at 13839 Industrial Road. Turn south off of Industrial Road at 138th Street, then turn right on the service road which will bring you into our parking lot.

Do I need an appointment?

No, you can walk into our store and be helped anytime during our business hours. It is ok to call ahead and schedule a time if you'd like.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring your prescription and insurance cards. If you are coming in for a knee brace you can wear shorts or we have disposable shorts.

Are all items billed to my insurance and how much will I owe?

Not all items are billable to insurance. We will be able to tell you that when you come in or call to ask. Just because an item is billable to insurance, doesn't guarantee that your insurance carrier will cover the item. Insurance carriers will need to deem the item as "medically necessary". The patient responsibility will vary depending on many factors including your deductible, co-insurances, etc. If it is not billable to insurance, payment is expected at time of service.

What do your satellite offices carry?

Our satellite offices have basic items, slings, wrist braces, hinged knee braces, ankle brace, etc. Our main location carries a full line of options. The staff here will measure for custom fit bracing as ordered by your physician.

Do you offer payment plans?

What is your return/exchange policy?

Since you are receiving a medical product, these items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are deemed contaminated once they leave the facility. If your product has a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days we can replace the item.
